Crispy Baked Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500 g large shrimp, peeled and cleaned.
02 - 120 ml dry white wine.
03 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
04 - Juice from one lemon.
05 - 60 g unsalted butter, melted.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 90 g panko breadcrumbs.
09 - 25 g grated parmesan cheese.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
11 - 30 g melted butter.
12 - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 220°C.
02 - Pour the white wine and a couple of spoonfuls of melted butter into a 23x33 cm baking pan. Let it bake for 10 minutes.
03 - Mix together the remaining butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss it with the shrimp until they're fully coated.
04 - Combine the panko, parmesan, salt, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
05 - Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the dish. Spread the breadcrumb mixture over them.
06 - Bake for about 12 minutes, then broil for 1-2 minutes to get a nice golden top.
07 - Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve while it's hot.
