Heat your oven to 220°C.

Pour the white wine and a couple of spoonfuls of melted butter into a 23x33 cm baking pan. Let it bake for 10 minutes.

Mix together the remaining butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss it with the shrimp until they're fully coated.

Combine the panko, parmesan, salt, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.

Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the dish. Spread the breadcrumb mixture over them.

Bake for about 12 minutes, then broil for 1-2 minutes to get a nice golden top.
