Crispy Ranch Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 lb chicken tenders

→ Coating Mix

02 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
05 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
06 - 1/2 cup mayo

→ Crust

07 - 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Start by heating your oven to 375°F. Either line a baking tray with parchment or grease it lightly.
02 - Stir together the mayo, grated cheese, Ranch mix, onion powder, and garlic powder until it's smooth.
03 - Dip chicken tenders into the mayo mixture first, then press them into the crushed crackers so they stick.
04 - Spread the tenders out on the prepared tray, leaving gaps between them. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they're golden and reach 165°F inside.
05 - Allow them to cool just a little, then serve with your favorite sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Swap mayo for sour cream or Greek yogurt if preferred
02 - Gluten-free crackers can work instead
03 - Turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes at the end if you want them extra crispy
04 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days
