Start by heating your oven to 375°F. Either line a baking tray with parchment or grease it lightly.

Stir together the mayo, grated cheese, Ranch mix, onion powder, and garlic powder until it's smooth.

Dip chicken tenders into the mayo mixture first, then press them into the crushed crackers so they stick.

Spread the tenders out on the prepared tray, leaving gaps between them. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they're golden and reach 165°F inside.
