Cheesy Potato Air Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups of chilled mashed potatoes

→ Cheese

02 - ½ cup of Parmesan, finely grated
03 - 1 cup of cheddar or mozzarella, shredded

→ Coating

04 - 1 cup of breadcrumbs
05 - 1 beaten egg
06 - Spray oil or a bit of olive oil

→ Seasonings

07 - Pinch of salt and black pepper
08 - ½ teaspoon of onion powder
09 - ½ teaspoon of garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the mashed potatoes, cheeses, and seasonings until blended.
02 - Roll into 1.5-inch balls. If it’s too tacky, pop it in the fridge to firm up first.
03 - Roll the balls in beaten egg, then cover in breadcrumbs.
04 - Air fry for about 10-12 minutes at 375°F until golden, giving them a shake halfway through.

02 - Any cheese type can be swapped in
03 - Keep batches warm at 200°F in the oven
