# Ingredients:

01 - Unsalted butter, melted (1/4 cup).
02 - Parmigiano Reggiano, freshly grated (1 1/2 cups).
03 - Mini Yukon Gold potatoes, sliced in half (1 pound).
04 - Olive oil (2 tablespoons).
05 - Sea salt (1/2 teaspoon).
06 - Ground black pepper (1/2 teaspoon).
07 - Garlic powder (1 tablespoon).
08 - Dried parsley (1 tablespoon).

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F. Clean the potatoes, then cut them in half and make diagonal marks on the flat sides.
02 - Combine the potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and olive oil. Mix until nicely coated.
03 - Stir together the butter and parmesan into a spreadable blend, then apply it evenly to the baking dish.
04 - Put the potatoes down with the cut side touching the cheese layer and press slightly.
05 - Bake for about 25-26 minutes. Afterward, rest for 10 minutes until the cheesy layer firms up before serving.
