Crispy Crab Snack Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 0.5 lb cooked, flaked crab meat
02 - 16 oz softened cream cheese
03 - 1 tsp powdered garlic
04 - 3 green onions, finely chopped
05 - 0.5 tsp powdered onion
06 - 1-2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
07 - 8 wrappers for egg rolls
08 - Oil to fry with

# Instructions:

01 - Blend together the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and green onions until smooth and even.
02 - Gently stir in the flaked crab meat so it’s evenly mixed.
03 - Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the mixture into the middle of each egg roll wrapper. Wet the edges with a little water, fold in the sides, and roll them tightly shut.
04 - Pour oil into a deep pan or skillet and heat it up to 375°F.
05 - Fry the rolls in the hot oil until they’re crispy and golden on the outside.
06 - Place the fried rolls on a plate lined with paper towels to soak up extra oil before serving.
