Gently stir in the flaked crab meat so it’s evenly mixed.

Spoon about 3 tablespoons of the mixture into the middle of each egg roll wrapper. Wet the edges with a little water, fold in the sides, and roll them tightly shut.

Pour oil into a deep pan or skillet and heat it up to 375°F.
