Crispy Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 1/4 pounds of chicken tenders without bones or skin

→ Flour Mix

02 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Oily Blend

05 - 6 tablespoons of olive oil or melted butter
06 - 3 teaspoons of finely chopped garlic

→ Crunchy Topping

07 - 1 cup of Panko crumbs
08 - 2/3 cup of freshly grated Parmesan
09 - 1 teaspoon of dried basil leaves
10 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground paprika

# Instructions:

01 - Cut off any extra fat from the tenders
02 - Lay out three separate bowls: one for the flour, salt, and pepper; a second for the butter or olive oil with garlic; the third for the Panko, Parmesan, basil, and paprika
03 - Cover each piece of chicken by dipping it first in the flour bowl, then the garlic oil mix, and finally the Panko crumb bowl
04 - Air fry at 400°F for 9 minutes, turn over, and cook 8-9 minutes more until the inside hits 165°F
