Crispy Chicken Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggies & Protein

01 - 1/2 cup finely diced onion
02 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
03 - 1 cup shredded cabbage
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 cups chopped chicken breast, very small pieces

→ Flavor Boosters

06 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

→ Outer Layer

08 - 12 wrappers for egg rolls

# Instructions:

01 - Over medium heat, cook the chicken pieces in a skillet. Stir until pink's gone.
02 - Toss in the minced garlic and cook for another minute. It should smell great by now.
03 - Throw in the cabbage, carrots, and onions. Stir around till they soften just a bit.
04 - Mix in sesame oil and soy sauce. Keep cooking for about 2 minutes. Take off the heat and cool it down.
05 - Lay a wrapper flat, spoon 2 tablespoons of filling into the middle. Roll it up tight after folding the bottom, sides, and top. Dab some water to seal it shut.
06 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and give the basket a light spray with cooking oil.
07 - Place the egg rolls in the basket without stacking, spray the tops lightly, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip over halfway until golden.
