Over medium heat, cook the chicken pieces in a skillet. Stir until pink's gone.

Toss in the minced garlic and cook for another minute. It should smell great by now.

Throw in the cabbage, carrots, and onions. Stir around till they soften just a bit.

Mix in sesame oil and soy sauce. Keep cooking for about 2 minutes. Take off the heat and cool it down.

Lay a wrapper flat, spoon 2 tablespoons of filling into the middle. Roll it up tight after folding the bottom, sides, and top. Dab some water to seal it shut.

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F and give the basket a light spray with cooking oil.

Place the egg rolls in the basket without stacking, spray the tops lightly, and cook for 10 minutes. Flip over halfway until golden.
