Crispy Chicken Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggies & Proteins

01 - 1/2 cup minced onion
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 1/2 cup shredded carrot
04 - 1 cup cabbage, shredded
05 - 2 cups diced chicken breast

→ Sauces & Oils

06 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce

→ Wrappers

08 - 12 wrappers for egg rolls

# Instructions:

01 - On medium heat, cook diced chicken in a pan until fully white and cooked through.
02 - Toss in the minced garlic, cooking for about a minute until fragrant.
03 - Add the cabbage, carrots, and onion to the pan. Cook until the veggies turn soft but still have some crunch.
04 - Drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce over the mixture. Stir and cook for another two minutes. Let everything cool down.
05 - Lay each wrapper flat, put 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center, fold the bottom corner up, tuck the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with a bit of water.
06 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
07 - Arrange the rolls in one layer in the fryer. Spray the tops lightly and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
