On medium heat, cook diced chicken in a pan until fully white and cooked through.

Add the cabbage, carrots, and onion to the pan. Cook until the veggies turn soft but still have some crunch.

Drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce over the mixture. Stir and cook for another two minutes. Let everything cool down.

Lay each wrapper flat, put 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center, fold the bottom corner up, tuck the sides, and roll tightly. Seal with a bit of water.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
