Crispy Cheese Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (256g) full-fat cottage cheese (4% milkfat).
02 - Optional toppings: Ranch seasoning, Salt and pepper, Everything bagel mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F to preheat.
02 - Use parchment paper to line the baking tray.
03 - Flatten 1-tbsp scoops two inches apart, using a spoon. Sprinkle toppings if you'd like.
04 - Cook for 40-50 minutes until they're golden and edges are crispy. Peek at 35 mins just in case.
05 - Cool completely for 20-30 minutes before packing in an airtight container.

# Notes:

01 - Cottage cheese with higher protein content makes them crunchier. Keep a close eye during the final minutes to avoid overcooking.
02 - They soften when left out on the counter. Eat quickly or refrigerate to keep fresh.
