Set oven to 350°F to preheat.

Use parchment paper to line the baking tray.

Flatten 1-tbsp scoops two inches apart, using a spoon. Sprinkle toppings if you'd like.

Cook for 40-50 minutes until they're golden and edges are crispy. Peek at 35 mins just in case.

Cool completely for 20-30 minutes before packing in an airtight container.
