Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.

Boil or steam the cauliflower until soft, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and let it cool a bit.

Mash the cooled cauliflower, stir in the egg, cottage cheese, and seasoning until blended smoothly.

Slowly add breadcrumbs to the mix until it sticks together. Shape it into small, even tots.

Spread the tots on a baking tray lined with parchment. Bake for 20-25 minutes until they turn golden and crispy.
