Set your oven to 200°C and let it warm up. Grab a mixing bowl and cut the Reblochon (don’t forget to keep the rind) and ham into small cubes.

Toss in the chives and the cheese spread. Sprinkle a bit of salt on top and mix well. Keep it chilled for now.

Cut each pastry sheet right down the middle. Then fold each half along the length to make a slimmer strip.

Scoop about a teaspoon of your mixture onto one end of the strip and fold it into a triangle shape. Check out the folding tips on your pastry pack if you’re unsure!

Brush the triangles with melted butter and bake at 200°C till golden and crisp. Keep an eye so they don’t burn!

Plate them hot and enjoy with a fresh green salad.
