Savory Cheese & Ham Bricks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 sheets of filo pastry
02 - 1/4 wheel of Savoie’s Reblochon
03 - 2 slices of cured ham
04 - 100g of creamy cheese spread
05 - 1 tablespoon of freshly chopped chives
06 - A pinch of salt (adjust to your liking)
07 - Butter for brushing

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C and let it warm up. Grab a mixing bowl and cut the Reblochon (don’t forget to keep the rind) and ham into small cubes.
02 - Toss in the chives and the cheese spread. Sprinkle a bit of salt on top and mix well. Keep it chilled for now.
03 - Cut each pastry sheet right down the middle. Then fold each half along the length to make a slimmer strip.
04 - Scoop about a teaspoon of your mixture onto one end of the strip and fold it into a triangle shape. Check out the folding tips on your pastry pack if you’re unsure!
05 - Brush the triangles with melted butter and bake at 200°C till golden and crisp. Keep an eye so they don’t burn!
06 - Plate them hot and enjoy with a fresh green salad.
