Crispy Baby Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
02 - 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary (or 3 teaspoons dried)
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - ½ teaspoon paprika
05 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, washed, dried, and halved
06 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the baby potatoes in olive oil in a bowl. Add garlic powder, rosemary, salt, paprika, and pepper. Stir until they're well coated.
02 - Give your air fryer basket a light spray of oil.
03 - Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes. Shake the basket halfway through, check with a fork for doneness, and cook 2 minutes more if needed.

02 - Perfect as a side for fish or meat.
