Mix the flour, olive oil, water, and whatever spices you pick until it forms a smooth ball of dough.

Roll out the dough, line your baking pan, and poke some holes in it with a fork.

Bake the empty crust in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180°C.

Cut your tomatoes into wedges, and slice up the onion. Cook the onion until it softens and turns golden.

Spread mustard on the crust. Layer with tomatoes and onion, crumble the tuna on top, then add cream and sprinkle with cheese.

Pop it back in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
