Tuna Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 60 g olive oil.
02 - 200 g flour.
03 - 65 g water.
04 - Herbs and spices of your choice.
05 - A can of tuna.
06 - 3 tomatoes.
07 - An onion.
08 - 100 g grated Emmental cheese.
09 - 3 tablespoons of mustard.
10 - 20 cl thickened cream.
11 - A drizzle of olive oil for cooking.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the flour, olive oil, water, and whatever spices you pick until it forms a smooth ball of dough.
02 - Roll out the dough, line your baking pan, and poke some holes in it with a fork.
03 - Bake the empty crust in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180°C.
04 - Cut your tomatoes into wedges, and slice up the onion. Cook the onion until it softens and turns golden.
05 - Spread mustard on the crust. Layer with tomatoes and onion, crumble the tuna on top, then add cream and sprinkle with cheese.
06 - Pop it back in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.

# Notes:

01 - Pre-baking the crust keeps it from getting soggy.
02 - Feel free to tweak the spices and herbs to match your taste.
