Sweet creamy delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 250 ml of 35% cream
02 - 250 ml of brown sugar
03 - 15 ml of unsalted butter
04 - 250 ml of granulated sugar
05 - 5 ml of vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a 20 cm square pan's bottom with parchment paper or plastic wrap, leaving extra at the edges to lift it out.
02 - Stir together cream, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a 2-liter microwave-safe measuring cup.
03 - Microwave the mix for 4 minutes, then stir. Heat it for another 4 minutes after that.
04 - Drop in butter and vanilla extract, then whip everything at high speed using an electric mixer. Keep mixing until it thickens and looks less shiny, about 2 minutes.
05 - Pour the mixture evenly into the pan, cover it, and chill for around 30 minutes, or until firm.
06 - Lift the fudge out of the pan and slice it into squares before serving.

01 - For the best results, use a heatproof measuring cup and keep an eye on it in the microwave to avoid spills.
