Spinach Artichoke Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 ounces frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry.
02 - 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped and drained.
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
04 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese.
05 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
06 - 1/2 cup (56g) mozzarella, shredded.
07 - 2/3 cup (76g) parmesan, shredded.
08 - 1 garlic clove, finely chopped.
09 - Black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and grease a small baking dish (1-quart size).
02 - Mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, pepper, garlic, and both cheeses together in a bowl.
03 - Stir in the spinach and artichoke hearts until it's all blended.
04 - Spoon the mix into the greased dish and bake for about 20 minutes, just until bubbly and melted.
05 - Serve it warm with bread, crackers, or chips on the side.

# Notes:

01 - You can make it the day before serving.
02 - Be sure to drain the spinach and artichokes thoroughly.
03 - It's easy to reheat leftovers in small portions.
