Creamy Sin Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
02 - 3 tablespoons sour cream.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce.
04 - 1 cup ham, cut into cubes.
05 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese.
06 - 2 ounces softened cream cheese.
07 - 1 green onion, diced.
08 - 3 large eggs.
09 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream.
10 - 1 deep pie crust (9 inches).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - In a skillet, sauté the ham for about 3 to 5 minutes.
03 - Stir together the ham, cream cheese, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
04 - Spread the ham mix in the bottom of the pie crust. Sprinkle the cheddar and green onion on top.
05 - Beat together the eggs, sour cream, and heavy cream until combined.
06 - Pour the egg mixture over the ham layer. Bake it for around an hour or until it sets.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze before baking or once baked. Want to heat up a baked frozen one? Let it thaw first, cover with foil, then bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. For an unbaked frozen one, thaw it out fully, then bake as usual.
