Set your oven to 180°C and let it heat up.

On a baking tray, add pumpkin cubes and garlic, drizzle olive oil, season, and bake for 15 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with butter and rub garlic inside it. Place the pre-cooked pumpkin in the dish.

Combine heavy cream with most of the grated Comté, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour it over the pumpkin.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake for 40 minutes.
