Creamy pumpkin gratin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 garlic clove.
02 - 1 kg peeled pumpkin (potimarron).
03 - 50 cl heavy cream.
04 - 120 g Comté cheese.
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
06 - Butter.
07 - Nutmeg.
08 - Salt.
09 - Black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it heat up.
02 - On a baking tray, add pumpkin cubes and garlic, drizzle olive oil, season, and bake for 15 minutes.
03 - Grease a baking dish with butter and rub garlic inside it. Place the pre-cooked pumpkin in the dish.
04 - Combine heavy cream with most of the grated Comté, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour it over the pumpkin.
05 - Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top and bake for 40 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Pumpkin should stay firm during the first baking.
02 - Rubbing the dish with garlic adds great flavor.
