Creamy Potato Gratin (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 570 g of Simply Potatoes diced potatoes.
02 - 3/4 cup heavy cream.
03 - 3/4 cup milk.
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder.
06 - Nutmeg and pepper to taste.
07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - 3 tablespoons of sliced butter.
09 - A sprinkle of paprika.

# Instructions:

01 - Grease a 20x20 cm baking dish with plenty of butter. Spread the potatoes evenly across the bottom.
02 - Over medium heat, warm the milk, cream, salt, mustard, nutmeg, and pepper until well combined.
03 - Stir in the cheddar cheese and keep mixing until it completely melts.
04 - Pour the sauce over the potatoes and let it sit for a few minutes to cool slightly. Add the sliced butter and paprika on top.
05 - Cover the dish and pop it in the fridge for at least 12 hours or overnight.
06 - Preheat your oven to 175°C and bake it uncovered for 45 minutes.
