Creamy Peppermint Shot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Crushed peppermint candies (2 tablespoons, for the rim).
02 - Corn syrup (1 tablespoon, used for the rim).
03 - Peppermint extract (2 or 3 drops).
04 - White chocolate syrup (½ ounce).
05 - Half and half (½ ounce).
06 - Whipped cream to top it off.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a shallow dish and pour in some corn syrup. On another plate, spread out the crushed mints. Dip the edge of a shot glass in the syrup, then press it into the crushed candy until coated all the way around.
02 - Pour half and half into the glass you’ve rimmed. Add the white chocolate syrup and the peppermint extract.
03 - If the mixture looks like it needs it, give it a gentle stir. Finish off by adding a little whipped cream on top before serving.
