Creamy Jars No-Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups small-curd 2% cottage cheese
02 - 3 cups plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
03 - 2 cups crushed graham crackers
04 - 1 cup fresh mixed berries, plus extra if needed
05 - 4 tablespoons real maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the cottage cheese into a large food processor. Blend it for a couple of minutes until it’s super creamy without any lumps. Be sure to scrape down the bowl if anything sticks to the sides. Once it’s silky, pour in the maple syrup and pulse again until it’s all mixed together. This sweet, fluffy mix is a great swap for cream cheese.
02 - Move the smooth cottage cheese to a big mixing bowl. Add the Greek yogurt on top and gently fold the two together with a flexible spatula. Mix until the texture is smooth but still light and fluffy. The result is a creamy base with a flavor like cheesecake, but way healthier.
03 - Grab four clear glasses or small jars (each about 8-10 oz). Sprinkle some of the crushed graham crackers as the first layer. Spread a thick layer of the creamy yogurt-cottage cheese blend over it. Add a sprinkle of graham crackers on top, then toss in fresh berries. Finish with another layer of the creamy mix. The see-through glasses really show off those colorful layers!
04 - Pile a few extra berries on top of each parfait for color and extra sweetness. You can dig in right away or refrigerate them for an hour or two to let the flavors meld. Chilling softens the graham crackers, creating a cake-like texture. If making ahead, wait to add the berries until just before serving to keep them fresh.

# Notes:

01 - These protein-packed parfaits are lighter than traditional cheesecake but still deliver a rich, creamy flavor.
02 - Feel free to change up the fruit! Try fresh mango slices, peach chunks, or juicy cherries if you prefer.
03 - Keep them covered in the fridge for up to 3 days. Over time, the graham crackers will soak up some moisture, taking on a softer, cake-like texture.
