Creamy Ham Chicken Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried.
03 - 2 teaspoons parsley flakes, dried.
04 - 1 medium onion, chopped up.
05 - 7 cups diced potatoes.
06 - 1 big carrot, diced up.
07 - 2 cups diced ham.
08 - 2 teaspoons mustard (Dijon kind).
09 - 5 cups broth (chicken).
10 - 1 cup half-and-half cream.
11 - 2 cups cooked chicken, diced.
12 - Pepper (add as much or as little as you like).

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the first 9 ingredients into the pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 20 minutes or until the potatoes are soft. Scoop out 2-3 cups of veggies, mash them up, toss them back in, stir in the cream, cook 5 more minutes, then mix in the cheese.
02 - Start by adding the first 9 ingredients. Cook for 7 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH. Smash a few veggies, stir them back in, add the cream, cook 15 minutes, then toss in the cheese.
