Creamy garlic seafood (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200g of mussels or clams.
02 - 200g of white fish fillets.
03 - 250g peeled shrimp.
04 - 250g scallops.
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
06 - 2 tablespoons butter.
07 - 6 cloves garlic, minced.
08 - 1 cup chicken stock.
09 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
10 - 1 cup heavy cream.
11 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan.
12 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
14 - Salt and pepper.
15 - Fresh parsley.
16 - Lemon wedges.

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure the seafood is dry, season it well, then fry it one by one in olive oil.
02 - Melt butter, toss in the garlic, then add stock and lemon juice. Let it cook down for a couple of minutes.
03 - Stir in cream, parmesan, spices, and chili flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes and adjust seasoning.
04 - Put the seafood back into the pan with sauce, warm it up for 2-3 minutes.

01 - Dry seafood thoroughly before cooking.
02 - The sauce should be creamy but not overly thick.
