Cut the cod into four pieces, season it, and lightly coat it with flour. Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.

In butter, fry each side of the cod for 2 minutes. Set aside once done.

Cook the garlic and flour in leftover butter for about a minute.

Pour in the cream, squeeze in lemon, and mix in the seasoning. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in parmesan and parsley. Return the cod to the skillet and warm for a few minutes.
