Creamy Chicken Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (6.9 oz) Rice-A-Roni, chicken flavor.
02 - 3 cups cubed, cooked chicken.
03 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup.
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
05 - 1 cup sour cream.
06 - 6 tablespoons melted butter.
07 - 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers.
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1 teaspoon salt.
11 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F to warm up.
02 - Coat a 9x13 dish with some nonstick spray.
03 - Make the Rice-A-Roni as it says on the box.
04 - Blend sour cream, chicken soup, and spices in a bowl.
05 - Stir the cooked rice and chicken into the mixture.
06 - Spoon the combined mixture into your dish.
07 - Crush the Ritz crackers while still in the sleeve.
08 - Stir the melted butter into the crushed crackers.
09 - Toss the shredded cheese into the cracker mix.
10 - Cover the casserole with the cracker mix evenly.
11 - Put it in the oven and bake for around 25 minutes.
12 - Broil for a couple minutes until the top browns nicely.

01 - Store in fridge for up to 3 days.
02 - Freezes well for up to 2 months.
03 - Warm it up covered at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
04 - Using rotisserie chicken makes cooking faster.
