Creamy Chicken Bowties (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup diced purple onion.
02 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted.
03 - 2 cups broth (chicken).
04 - 8 oz farfalle pasta.
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
06 - 1/2 cup milk (your choice).
07 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
08 - 1 cup mixed peppers, chopped into pieces.
09 - Salt, add as needed.
10 - Pepper, sprinkle to your taste.
11 - 1/4-1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
12 - 2 fresh parsley sprigs, chopped.
13 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced.
14 - 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, diced small.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter and heat up olive oil in a big skillet on medium.
02 - Toss in the chicken and cook until it’s no longer pink. Add the onions and peppers; keep cooking until the meat browns.
03 - Add garlic, then sprinkle in salt and pepper. Stir it for a minute until you smell the garlic cooking.
04 - Pour in the broth, cream, milk, and uncooked pasta. Let it boil, then bring down the heat to a gentle simmer.
05 - Put the lid on, simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in parmesan, adjusting with more milk if it’s thicker than you’d like.
