Creamy Chestnut Layers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 150g of petit beurre cookies.
02 - 50g of melted butter.
03 - 150g of mascarpone cheese.
04 - 150ml of thick whipping cream for mascarpone.
05 - 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional).
06 - 6 teaspoons of chestnut cream.
07 - 150g of chopped chestnuts or candied chestnuts.
08 - 200g of chestnut cream for mousse.
09 - 100ml of thick whipping cream for mousse.
10 - Whole chestnuts for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Crush the cookies into crumbs and mix them with the melted butter. Divide this mix evenly into the small glasses.
02 - Whip the cream until it's fluffy, gently stir in the sugar, and mix it with the mascarpone. Pipe it into the glasses.
03 - Spoon the chestnut cream and sprinkle the chopped chestnuts over each glass.
04 - Blend the whipped cream into the chestnut cream, then spoon it over the top and add a candied chestnut for decoration.

01 - Can be made ahead of time.
02 - Try switching the cookies for rum-dipped ladyfingers as an alternative.
