# Ingredients:

01 - Dry macaroni noodles, 8 oz.
02 - Cooked chicken, shredded, 1 1/2 cups.
03 - Butter, 3 tbsp.
04 - Flour, 3 tbsp.
05 - Milk, 2 cups.
06 - Cream cheese, 4 oz.
07 - Mozzarella, shredded, 1 1/2 cups.
08 - Sharp cheddar, shredded, 1 cup.
09 - Sour cream, 1/3 cup.
10 - Buffalo hot sauce, 1/2 cup.
11 - Salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp each.
12 - Garlic and onion powder, 1/2 tsp each.
13 - Ground mustard, 1/2 tsp.
14 - Butter for topping, 1 tbsp.
15 - Olive oil for topping, 1/2 tbsp.
16 - Seasoned panko crumbs, 1/2 cup.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven dish with grease, boil pasta until just tender, and pull apart chicken into pieces.
02 - Whisk butter and flour together for roux. Pour in milk and toss in seasonings, then melt cheeses and sour cream. Mix in hot sauce, then combine with pasta and chicken.
03 - Toast panko crumbs in melted butter and a splash of olive oil, then cover the cheesy dish with the golden mix.
04 - Pop it in the oven for 15 minutes until it’s bubbling and ready.
