Boursin Mac and Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup shredded white cheddar (freshly grated)
02 - 1 block of Boursin cheese
03 - 8oz of pasta, like macaroni or any short-cut type

→ Sauce

04 - 1/2 cup of milk
05 - 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
06 - 1 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/2 tsp of salt
08 - 2 tbsp of butter

→ Topping

09 - 2 tbsp melted butter
10 - 1 cup fine breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the pasta following the package details. Drain it well, and put it aside.
02 - Start by melting butter, then stir in the flour. Slowly mix in the cream, and add both cheeses until smooth. Use some milk to adjust the texture, if it seems too thick.
03 - Stir the pasta into the sauce. Sprinkle breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter over the top, if you'd like.

01 - Grating your own cheese helps it melt nicely into any sauce.
