# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb of ground beef.
02 - 2 cups of medium pasta shells.
03 - 1 small onion, chopped.
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
05 - 14 oz of tomato sauce.
06 - 1 cup of heavy cream.
07 - 1/2 cup of beef stock.
08 - 3.5 oz of grated cheddar cheese.
09 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.
11 - Fresh parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the pasta shells following the packet directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Brown the ground beef over medium heat until it's cooked through. Drain any extra grease.
03 - Add the minced garlic and chopped onion to the pan. Cook until the onion softens and looks clear.
04 - Mix in the tomato sauce, beef stock, and heavy cream. Let it gently bubble.
05 - Stir in the pasta, cheddar cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until the cheese is melted.
06 - Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
