Creamy Beef Orzo (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup orzo, uncooked.
02 - 1 pound of ground beef, lean.
03 - 1 medium onion, half diced.
04 - 3 or 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of Italian herb mix.
06 - A pinch of crushed red pepper (optional).
07 - 1 cup of heavy cream.
08 - A 14-ounce can of tomato sauce.
09 - 3/4 cup beef stock.
10 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire.
11 - 2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach.
12 - 1/2 cup parmesan, grated fresh.
13 - Salt and pepper—adjust to your taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring after 5-6 minutes.
02 - Toss in diced onion, stir, and let it cook for another 5 minutes. Remove extra fat if there's too much.
03 - Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, crushed pepper, and orzo. Cook for 60 seconds.
04 - Add the tomato sauce, cream, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
05 - Let it come to a low boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring now and then.
06 - Turn off the heat. Stir in spinach and parmesan until mixed well.
07 - Cover the pot and wait 3-5 minutes so it thickens up.
08 - Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving to taste.
