07 - Smoked paprika (2 teaspoons)
08 - Worcestershire sauce (1 tablespoon)
09 - Salt and pepper (to taste)
10 - Red pepper flakes (to taste)

→ Creamy & Cheese Elements

11 - Cheddar cheese (2 cups, shredded)
12 - Sour cream (8 ounces)
13 - Fresh parsley for garnish
14 - Parmesan cheese (½ cup, shredded)
15 - Small curd cottage cheese (8 ounces)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the egg noodles in salted water until just firm, rinse them in cold water, and toss in a little olive oil so they aren’t sticky.
02 - In a skillet, break apart the beef as you cook it until browned. Drain any extra grease.
03 - Add garlic and onion to the beef. Let it sauté for around 3 minutes until it smells great.
04 - Combine tomato sauce, Worcestershire, diced tomatoes, paprika, some salt, pepper, and red pepper. Let it cook down for about 5 minutes.
05 - Mix the sour cream, cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, and noodles in a big bowl.
06 - In your 9x13 dish, start with half the pasta mixture, followed by a beef layer, then cheddar. Do a second layer and finish with cheddar on top.
07 - Bake the dish uncovered at 350°F for roughly 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melty and bubbly.
08 - Sprinkle parsley on top if you like, and enjoy it warm.

# Notes:

01 - Spice it up with jalapeños or a sprinkle of cayenne.
02 - Bacon makes it extra tasty.
03 - Great option to prep ahead for family get-togethers.
04 - Leftovers heat up beautifully.
