Make Cranberry Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups water.
02 - Fresh or frozen cranberries, 3 cups (11.8 oz).
03 - Sweetener like honey, sugar, maple syrup, or a sugar-free option.

# Instructions:

01 - Put cranberries and water into a big pot and heat until boiling. Lower the heat and let it bubble gently for 20 minutes, so the berries burst and soften.
02 - Use a sieve or nut milk bag to separate the liquid. Press or squeeze tightly to get as much juice as possible.
03 - Stir in your favorite sweetener to taste. If you're using sugar, warm it back up to make sure it melts completely.
04 - Wait for the juice to cool all the way down before serving or storing.

# Notes:

01 - Store in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
02 - Good in the freezer for about 3 months.
03 - Use a pan that won't react with acidic foods.
