Put cranberries and water into a big pot and heat until boiling. Lower the heat and let it bubble gently for 20 minutes, so the berries burst and soften.

Use a sieve or nut milk bag to separate the liquid. Press or squeeze tightly to get as much juice as possible.

Stir in your favorite sweetener to taste. If you're using sugar, warm it back up to make sure it melts completely.

Wait for the juice to cool all the way down before serving or storing.
