Turn the oven on to 190°C and grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.

Brown the ground meat, drain any extra fat, then toss in the minced garlic and diced onion. Keep cooking for about 3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, and seasonings.

In the same bowl, combine the cooked meat, corn, cheese, and sauce mixture. Pour everything into the baking dish.

Lay out the tater tots in an even layer right on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle any leftover cheese on top and bake for an extra 5 minutes.
