Cowboy western bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
02 - 450g of ground meat (turkey or beef).
03 - 1 medium onion, diced.
04 - 300g of mushroom soup.
05 - 120ml of milk.
06 - 120g of sour cream.
07 - 100g of shredded cheddar cheese.
08 - 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
09 - 100g of frozen or canned corn.
10 - A quarter teaspoon of black pepper.
11 - Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic.
12 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
13 - 900g of frozen tater tots.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 190°C and grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
02 - Brown the ground meat, drain any extra fat, then toss in the minced garlic and diced onion. Keep cooking for about 3 minutes.
03 - In a bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, and seasonings.
04 - In the same bowl, combine the cooked meat, corn, cheese, and sauce mixture. Pour everything into the baking dish.
05 - Lay out the tater tots in an even layer right on top.
06 - Bake for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle any leftover cheese on top and bake for an extra 5 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Give it a few minutes to cool before serving.
02 - Top it with chopped parsley or green onions if you'd like.
