Cowboy Casserole Dinner (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained.
03 - 1 can diced tomatoes, don’t drain.
04 - 1 lb frozen hash browns, diced.
05 - 1/4 cup frozen diced onion.
06 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
07 - 1 tsp salt.
08 - 1 tsp black pepper.
09 - 1 lb ground beef, cooked and grease removed.
10 - 1 cup corn kernels, frozen.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour everything except for the cheese into a 6-quart slow cooker. Stir to make sure it’s all evenly mixed.
02 - Put the lid on and cook on high for 4 hours, or use the low setting and let it cook for 7 to 8 hours.
03 - Take the lid off, sprinkle the cheese over the top, cover it back up, and cook for another half hour.
04 - Dish it out warm and add whatever toppings you love.

# Notes:

01 - This is a great meal to prepare in advance and let it cook itself.
02 - You can make it your own by adding any toppings you like.
