Set your oven to 375°F. Put parchment paper on your baking pan.

Break the crescent dough into 8 triangular pieces. Smear 1/2 tbsp of dressing on each, then layer on the shredded corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut evenly.

Roll from the base to the tip of the triangle. Toss any fallen cheese right on top.

Bake for 10-20 minutes until you get a nice golden finish.
