Corned Swiss Pockets (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup sauerkraut, drained super well.
02 - 1/4 pound corned beef, shredded.
03 - 1/4 cup of Thousand Island sauce.
04 - 3/4 cup Swiss cheese, grated.
05 - 8 oz of crescent roll dough.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Put parchment paper on your baking pan.
02 - Break the crescent dough into 8 triangular pieces. Smear 1/2 tbsp of dressing on each, then layer on the shredded corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut evenly.
03 - Roll from the base to the tip of the triangle. Toss any fallen cheese right on top.
04 - Bake for 10-20 minutes until you get a nice golden finish.

01 - Fantastic for a St. Patrick's celebration.

03 - Tastes best when eaten hot.
