Chop the zucchini and peeled carrots into small chunks.

Heat them up in a pan with olive oil on medium heat for 5 minutes. Make sure they’re golden yet crisp.

Cut the cod into smaller pieces and remove any bones you see.

Combine the cod, veggies, cream, half the cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper altogether.

Spread the mix evenly into 4 ramekins and sprinkle the remaining cheese over them.

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
