Cod veggie gratins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 400g cod.
02 - 2 carrots.
03 - 1 zucchini.
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh cream.
05 - 50g grated cheese.
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
08 - Salt.
09 - Pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the zucchini and peeled carrots into small chunks.
02 - Heat them up in a pan with olive oil on medium heat for 5 minutes. Make sure they’re golden yet crisp.
03 - Cut the cod into smaller pieces and remove any bones you see.
04 - Combine the cod, veggies, cream, half the cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper altogether.
05 - Spread the mix evenly into 4 ramekins and sprinkle the remaining cheese over them.
06 - Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
