Citrus Butter Fish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tilapia fillets, each weighing about 170g.
02 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper for seasoning.
03 - 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
04 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil for cooking.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder for making the sauce.
06 - 120g of salted butter.
07 - 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder to flavor the fish.

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the fillets with paper towels to dry them. Sprinkle both sides evenly with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
02 - Warm some olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Cook the fillets, flipping them after 3-4 minutes per side, then set aside to keep warm.
03 - Melt butter in the same pan over medium-low heat. Stir in lemon juice and garlic powder. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.
04 - Spread some sauce on each plate, place the tilapia on top, and drizzle a little extra sauce over it.

# Notes:

01 - Add a bit of lemon zest to the sauce for extra tang.
02 - Keeps fresh in the fridge for up to 2 days.
