Cake Mix Christmas Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil.
02 - 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix.
03 - 2 large eggs.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
05 - 1 cup M&Ms.
06 - Chopped pecans (optional).
07 - Crushed candy canes (optional).
08 - Toffee bits (optional).
09 - Chocolate chips (optional).
10 - Peppermint bark squares (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it get hot.
02 - Combine the dry cake mix with eggs, oil, and vanilla. Stir until it thickens up, then gently fold in the M&Ms.
03 - Grab bits of dough, roll into 1-inch balls, and space them out on an ungreased baking tray.
04 - Bake them for around 9-11 minutes. Let them sit for 2-3 minutes before moving them onto a rack to cool completely.

# Notes:

01 - You can pick any chocolate cake mix. Try swapping M&Ms with your favorite add-ins. The dough stays good in the fridge for 3 days. Yields roughly 24 cookies.
