Chocolate Coconut Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips.
02 - 1/2 cup condensed milk that’s sweetened.
03 - 2 tablespoons of shortening.
04 - 1 3/4 cups of fine powdered sugar.
05 - 1 3/4 cups of shredded coconut.

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut, powdered sugar, and condensed milk together.
02 - Roll the blend into small 1-inch balls, then lay them on a wax paper-lined tray. Let them firm up in the fridge.
03 - Microwave your chocolate chips and shortening together, stirring until the mix turns smooth.
04 - Dip the cold coconut balls in the melted chocolate, letting the extra drip away. Set them back on wax paper to cool.
05 - Store them in the fridge to keep them fresh.
