Pistachio Chocolate Bark (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core Ingredients

01 - Shredded Kataifi pastry (3 cups, thawed)
02 - Butter, unsalted (¼ cup)
03 - Pistachio spread (½ cup)
04 - Milk or dark chocolate chunks (400g/14oz)

→ Extras for Topping

05 - Melted white chocolate (2 tablespoons)
06 - Crushed pistachios (1 teaspoon)
07 - Chocolate sprinkles (1 teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - On low heat, cook Kataifi in melted butter until crisp and golden (5-10 minutes).
02 - Microwave half the chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring until fully melted. Spread it out and cool in the fridge for 10 minutes.
03 - Combine pistachio paste and Kataifi. Spread on top of the chocolate layer, then refrigerate again for 10 minutes.
04 - Melt the rest of the chocolate. Spread it over the pistachio mix and sprinkle with decorations, if desired.
05 - Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, then slice and serve.
