On low heat, cook Kataifi in melted butter until crisp and golden (5-10 minutes).

Microwave half the chocolate in 30-second bursts, stirring until fully melted. Spread it out and cool in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Combine pistachio paste and Kataifi. Spread on top of the chocolate layer, then refrigerate again for 10 minutes.

Melt the rest of the chocolate. Spread it over the pistachio mix and sprinkle with decorations, if desired.

Place in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, then slice and serve.
