Chili Cheese Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 flour tortillas, 10 inches each.
02 - 1 medium onion, chopped into small pieces.
03 - 1 pound beef, ground.
04 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
05 - 3 tablespoons of chili seasoning.
06 - 1 teaspoon spicy cayenne powder.
07 - 2 tablespoons of corn starch.
08 - 2 tablespoons water (mixed with cornstarch).
09 - 2 cups plain water.
10 - A 16-ounce can of smooth refried beans.
11 - 1 6-ounce tomato paste can (about 6 spoonfuls).
12 - 3 cups cheddar, shredded fine for melting.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm a large pan on medium heat. Toss in the ground beef along with the diced onions and cook them until the meat turns brown.
02 - Strain any leftover grease from the pan. Sprinkle in the cayenne, chili powder, and salt, then mix everything together until it's even.
03 - Stir the refried beans and tomato paste into the seasoned meat. Keep stirring until it’s combined smoothly.
04 - In a small bowl, blend the cornstarch with a couple of tablespoons of water until it’s lump-free. Pour this mix into the skillet and cook until the mix gets thicker.
05 - Throw in the shredded cheddar and stir until it melts perfectly. Let the cheesy mix simmer for 10 minutes, giving it a good stir every now and then.
06 - To warm each tortilla, either microwave for around 15 seconds or dampen it lightly with some water and heat in the pan.
07 - Lay a tortilla flat, scoop about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the cheesy meat mix in the middle, and sprinkle some cheese. Fold the sides in and roll it up tightly.
08 - Repeat for the rest of the tortillas and meat filling. Serve with salsa and sour cream on the side if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Top your burritos with extras like avocado or jalapeños for extra deliciousness.
02 - The spice level can be adjusted by tweaking how much chili powder and cayenne you add.
