Chicken With Zucchini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar.
02 - 1 green onion, sliced thin.
03 - 2 zucchini sliced into half-moons.
04 - 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
05 - 500 grams of chicken breast chunks.
06 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
07 - Salt and pepper to your liking.
08 - 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
09 - 1 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger.
10 - 2 tablespoons of honey.
11 - 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook chicken chunks in hot oil for 5-7 minutes until golden. Take them out and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, stir-fry zucchini for about 5 minutes until they start to brown slightly.
03 - Combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger together in a bowl.
04 - Put the chicken and zucchini back in the pan. Pour the sauce over and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
05 - Top with sesame seeds, season again as needed, and sprinkle on the green onions before serving.
