Place the chicken at the bottom of a slow cooker.

Spread the soup over the top of the chicken.

Stir sour cream into the soup gently.

Sprinkle chopped onion and dry parsley across the surface.

Combine the stuffing mix with melted butter and layer it on top.

Cover the slow cooker. Set to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Take off the lid for the last 45 minutes if you want it less soft.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper and serve with veggies or potatoes.
