Chicken Stuffing Crockpot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 1/2 pounds of chicken (4 breasts).
02 - 2 cans of chicken cream soup.
03 - Half a cup of sour cream.
04 - 1/4 cup chopped onion.
05 - 1 tablespoon dry parsley.
06 - 1 pack of stuffing mix (6 ounces).
07 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
08 - Chopped fresh parsley to top it off.

# Instructions:

01 - Place the chicken at the bottom of a slow cooker.
02 - Spread the soup over the top of the chicken.
03 - Stir sour cream into the soup gently.
04 - Sprinkle chopped onion and dry parsley across the surface.
05 - Combine the stuffing mix with melted butter and layer it on top.
06 - Cover the slow cooker. Set to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
07 - Take off the lid for the last 45 minutes if you want it less soft.
08 - Sprinkle some salt and pepper and serve with veggies or potatoes.
09 - Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
