In a roomy bowl, stir together chicken shreds with mayo until coated well.

Sprinkle in the green onions, garlic salt, grapes, almonds, dried onion, and sugar. Stir it up. Taste and add salt and pepper if you think it needs more.

Place a tortilla flat. Spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture evenly, leaving a small gap (about half an inch) from the edges so it doesn’t spill. Roll tightly like a log. Do the same for the others.

Wrap each roll tightly in cling film, making sure the edges are tucked under. Store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight, so it stays firm.

Take off the cling film. With a serrated knife, slice into pinwheels roughly half an inch thick. Eat and enjoy with family or friends!
