Chicken Pinwheels Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Key Ingredients

01 - 2 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless, pulled into small pieces
02 - 2 diced green onions
03 - ¾ cup of mayo
04 - A sprinkle of garlic salt, about a teaspoon
05 - 2 spoons of dried onion
06 - 3 spoons of light brown sugar, packed
07 - ½ cup of seedless red grapes, sliced thinly
08 - ⅓ cup almond slices
09 - Salt and black pepper, to your liking
10 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - In a roomy bowl, stir together chicken shreds with mayo until coated well.
02 - Sprinkle in the green onions, garlic salt, grapes, almonds, dried onion, and sugar. Stir it up. Taste and add salt and pepper if you think it needs more.
03 - Place a tortilla flat. Spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture evenly, leaving a small gap (about half an inch) from the edges so it doesn’t spill. Roll tightly like a log. Do the same for the others.
04 - Wrap each roll tightly in cling film, making sure the edges are tucked under. Store in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight, so it stays firm.
05 - Take off the cling film. With a serrated knife, slice into pinwheels roughly half an inch thick. Eat and enjoy with family or friends!

# Notes:

01 - Find soft and bendable tortillas. It’ll make rolling a breeze.
02 - Don’t add so much filling that rolling or cutting becomes tricky.
03 - Chilling tightly wrapped rolls helps keep them together when cutting.
04 - The serrated knife slices through cleanly without squishing.
05 - You can toss in extras like raisins, apple slices, or finely chopped onion for something different.
