Chicken loaf Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main components

01 - 2 beaten eggs
02 - 906 g of ground chicken
03 - 1 medium onion, grated
04 - 125 ml of Italian breadcrumbs
05 - 85 ml of milk
06 - 190 ml of Parmesan cheese, shredded
07 - 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
08 - 1 clove of garlic, minced
09 - 1 teaspoon of dried basil
10 - 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
11 - 1 teaspoon of salt
12 - 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

→ Toppings

13 - 190 ml of tomato sauce
14 - 125 ml of mozzarella cheese
15 - 3 slices of provolone cheese
16 - Parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 176°C to warm up.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend the ground chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, grated onion, Parmesan, milk, basil, thyme, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper together.
03 - Coat a loaf pan with grease and press in the mixture evenly.
04 - Spread the tomato sauce over the top of the mixture.
05 - Pop it in the preheated oven and bake for 55 minutes.
06 - Take it out of the oven and place the provolone slices on top, sprinkling with mozzarella after.
07 - Put it back in the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese gets melty.
08 - Add parsley on top if you like, then serve right away.

01 - Make sure to use fresh chicken for the best texture.
