Set the oven to 176°C to warm up.

In a large mixing bowl, blend the ground chicken, eggs, breadcrumbs, grated onion, Parmesan, milk, basil, thyme, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper together.

Coat a loaf pan with grease and press in the mixture evenly.

Spread the tomato sauce over the top of the mixture.

Pop it in the preheated oven and bake for 55 minutes.

Take it out of the oven and place the provolone slices on top, sprinkling with mozzarella after.

Put it back in the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese gets melty.

Add parsley on top if you like, then serve right away.
