Chicken Hummus Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Marinated Chicken

01 - 1 1/2 lbs (650g) boneless, skinless chicken breast
02 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
03 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons dried mint

→ Creamy Yogurt Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup plain yogurt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
08 - Salt and pepper, as much as you like

→ Wrap Filling

09 - 3-4 tortilla wraps
10 - A spoonful of your go-to hummus
11 - 1 cup shredded fresh cabbage
12 - Simple salad mix
13 - Steamed or cooked broccoli florets

# Instructions:

01 - Chop all the veggies you'll use and prep them first. It'll make assembling later way easier!
02 - Stir yogurt with dill, a chopped garlic clove, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything till creamy and smooth—it's your homemade tzatziki!
03 - Cut chicken into small chunks and heat them up in a large pan with a splash of olive oil. Sprinkle in black pepper, mint, chili flakes, and crushed garlic. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring often, until it turns golden and tastes incredible.
04 - Place your tortilla flat and layer it with the chopped cabbage, cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, salad mix, a swab of hummus, and a spoonful of tzatziki. Roll it all up and enjoy it while warm!
