Chicken cordon roll (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 refrigerated pizza dough.
02 - 1 1/2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast.
03 - 1/2 cup finely chopped ham.
04 - 1 cup grated Swiss cheese.
05 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard.
06 - 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs.
07 - 1 beaten egg.
08 - 1 tablespoon melted butter.
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
10 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
11 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the dough and spread mustard on it, leaving a 1-inch edge clear.
03 - Lay the chicken, ham, and cheese over the mustard layer.
04 - Starting from the long side, roll the dough tightly and pinch the edges shut.
05 - Brush with egg, then sprinkle with a mixture of breadcrumbs, butter, garlic, and parsley.
06 - Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
