Chicken Bacon Low Carb (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 4 slices of tomato
02 - 6 large leaves of Iceberg lettuce

→ Meat and Proteins

03 - 4 crispy bacon strips
04 - 170 g cooked chicken breast
05 - 110 g deli ham slices

→ Other Ingredients

06 - 2 tablespoons of mayo
07 - 2 slices of cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Cook your bacon slices until crispy, and warm up the chicken breast. Then cut the 6 lettuce leaves into roughly square shapes.
02 - Lay 2 pieces of lettuce on a plate. Spread half the mayo over them. Add the ham slices, chicken, and cheese on top.
03 - Place another 2 lettuce leaves over the first layer. Spread the rest of the mayo on these leaves.
04 - Add the tomato slices and bacon to this layer. Cover it all up with the remaining 2 lettuce leaves. Use 4 toothpicks or skewers to hold everything in place by sticking them into each corner.
05 - Cut the sandwich into 4 equal parts by slicing diagonally from corner to corner.
