Chicken Avocado Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 avocado, sliced
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 4 slices cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
04 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Bread & Spreads

06 - Butter or olive oil for grilling
07 - 4 slices bread (ciabatta or sourdough)
08 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
09 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

→ Vegetables

10 - 1 tomato, sliced
11 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil and season chicken. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes until done, slice it after resting.
02 - Slice avocado, get tomato, onion, and cheese ready.
03 - Spread mustard and mayo on the bread. Stack chicken, cheese, avocado, onion, and tomato.
04 - Fry the sandwiches with butter or oil until browned and cheese is gooey, about 3-4 minutes for each side.

01 - Keep leftovers sealed in a container.
02 - Warm it up in the oven to keep it crispy.
