Gingerbread Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla.
02 - 1 cup of butter, melted and unsalted.
03 - A tablespoon of ground ginger.
04 - A teaspoon of baking powder.
05 - Half a teaspoon of kosher salt.
06 - 1 1/2 cups of packed light brown sugar.
07 - Two large eggs at room temperature.
08 - 2 tablespoons of molasses.
09 - 2 1/2 cups plain flour.
10 - 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon.
11 - Powdered sugar for sprinkling on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Blend together the melted butter with sugar. Stir in eggs, molasses, and the vanilla.
03 - Combine the flour, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and baking powder together.
04 - Slowly add the dry mix to the wet mixture, stirring until it's evenly combined.
05 - Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is firm and the edges are set.
06 - Let the baked treat cool completely. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top before slicing.
